I am going on holiday to Prague, can anyone recommend a good read, perhaps a fiction set in the capital?

- The New Testament of The Holy Bible.
- Can't recommend a good read but do check out this restaurant. The food is fantastic and it made our holiday there a few years back. Do go there, you won't be disappointed.

- The Unbearable Lightness of Being, by Milan Kundera. It is about a surgeon, and various intellectuals in Prague, and how they are affected by the Russian invasion in 1968. One of the great novels of the 20th century.
- First of all, nice!!! I love prague! then try something written by kafka, or Milan Kundera, there is a short book called "nostalgia", that thakes place there, and is not a long complicated story. those guys have good literature, and its their country so most of the stories either take place in prague, or al least talk about it a lot, including history and other references that might come in handy. or at least give you some background while giving you good lit.
- General area: "Hidden Camera," Zoran Zivkovic.
